"A few years ago we added a second floor to our home which included a second heat pump. The guy that installed it came back 4 times trying to get it to work properly. It kept freezing up and turning into a block of ice. Another well known company here locally came 3 times. Every effort failed. Robben and sons fixed it on their first visit. I will never use another. Call Robben and Sons and get the job done right the first time."
